Measurements for new Carpet - May 2008

Heidi measured the rooms for the new carpeting:

Clubhouse
39' X 24'6"
landing at top of stairs measures 10' X 8"4"

Room downstairs
17' X 14"

39' X 30'6" (not 24'6")
